Food & Beverage is subject to 25% service charge & all prices are subject to 9.1% sales tax.

The amount of $2,000 for a Wedding Package is required to reserve your date. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Deposits will be required by the following payment schedule:

  • 90 Days prior to Wedding ~ 50% of Balance Due
  • 60 Days prior to Wedding ~ 75% of Balance Due
  • Remaining balance is due 4 days prior to the event date.

The final floor plan & menu selections are due 30 days prior.

Any “day of” charges are due at the conclusion of the event.

A complimentary tasting for bride & groom will be arranged for definite business by appointment only. Additional guests for the private tasting are subject $30++ per Guest.

Due to health department regulations, no food of any kind, may be brought on or leave The Wigwam’s property or taken at the conclusion of the wedding. No outside food items will be prepared, served or stored in or on premise refrigeration. Please see your wedding specialist if you have any dietary restrictions. Exceptions are for any ethnic or Kosher specific cuisine.

Due to our Maricopa County Liquor License, The Wigwam cannot allow you to provide your own alcohol. However, we do offer beer, wine & liquor bars, with a full variety of options. No shots will be served. Hosted Bars are based on consumption.

A guest guarantee is required 4 days prior to wedding. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction.

In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit and any partial payments will not be refunded and the following sliding scale will apply as liquidation damages:

  • Date of signing to 90 days prior to the event are responsible for 50% of the food & beverage total.
  • 89 to 60 days prior to the event are responsible for 75% of the food & beverage minimum.
  • 59 to 11 days prior to the event are responsible for 90% of the food & beverage minimum.

Within 10 days of the event are charged 100% of the food & beverage minimum.

Cancellation amounts are subject to food & beverage taxes.

Yes, absolutely! If you need help choosing, we have a recommended list of professionals that are familiar with the property. All hired vendors are required to hold their own liability insurance.

Of Course! We provide a standard guest room for the bride & one for the groom to get ready on the property on the day of the wedding.
